I named the city Arcadia per our vote. We can change the city name at a later date. We have 24 hrs to get enough people registered and voting for ME! :)

To become a citizen all you have to do is walk inside of your declared residence. If you haven't declared a residence you will need to or else you will not be a citizen. Any non-citizens WILL get stuck with all of the gardening/landscaping chores. :pokin: As of now my Large Generic is not within the city radius which means that both Lock and Error's Large houses probably aren't either. No biggie, we expand our borders in a week anyway.

Ok, we are city level 1 and have 16 citizens. We need 20 citizens by Monday at 5pm to make it to the next level. Here are the folks that haven't become citizens yet.
