Click Main-->Preferences-->Connections. then go to the user tab. Click on Not using proxy, then Use the following TCP listen port for the incoming event. Then type in 20000 into both the from and to boxes. Then set your router to forward port 20000 to the computer running ICQ. Be sure to reset ICQ once you have made the changes or you will be frustrated!
