1.31 is available for download on all the RvS sites. Basically, its not a biggie and fixes only the connection glitches that occur, such as crashing with a BS excuse listed out that you lost connection or something in coding. This new patch eliminates that from occuring.
The 1.4 patch will be out next August or early-Sept. 1.4 could be the next expansion installment lined up for RvS titled, "Athena Sword." This patch is expected to fix a lot of issues, so more than likely it'll be a large one.
