LOL. I had that bug happen to me the other day. All I had on was my boots and my gloves. Everything else was nekked (pronounced with a southern twang, neh'-kid). Apparently only I could see myself that way. Sorry ladies.

Supposedly this happens when you try to equip something that you can't wear. It removes the clothing that you have on, and then can't equip the item you intended to equip.
