We got a cogbot down, we got a cogbot down! I was wondering why everyone quit TS at the same time last night. Well, my connection has been unstable since 12/4 but when I called India they said they couldn't see any problems but assumed it was the beginning of an outage. Apparently if there aren't enough people experiencing problems they don't do anything. Well, there were 5,000 people that had problems yesterday so they figured they ought to fix it. Anyway, my connection should be stable now so TS is back up and should be stable.
The guy from India said they had to replace a main switch for my area. He said it was taking so long to fix because they had to outsource the hardware replacement to company in the U.S.
